1965 MG 1100MG-1609 was recently featured in Mini Experience magazine (issue 18) where it was explained that the car was sold in New Zealand in January 1966.
The family brought the car with them to Australia some 30 years later and the car stayed in Queensland for a nearly 10 years on club registration.
It eventually found its way down to NSW where it was fully road registered again before finally being sold to its current owner, an MG enthusiast and former BMC man. These photos were taken at the 2008 All British Car Day in NSW. |
